General Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Lending Hands Services Co., we strive to provide reliable and professional service every time. To ensure clarity and fairness, the following policies apply to all services:
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 3 business days in advance of your scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee.
Late cancellations (less than 72 hours’ notice) may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows or inability to access the property may result in a full charge.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued if service is not rendered due to an error or cancellation on our part.
If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make every reasonable effort to address the issue, which may include a partial refund or a complimentary re-service.
Subscription refunds are not issued for unused time once the billing cycle has begun unless canceled with proper notice.
Trash Can Curb Service – Specific Policy
Cancellation & Changes:
Service cancellations or plan changes (weekly/monthly) must be submitted at least 3 business days before the next billing cycle.
Customers must notify us in advance of vacations or holds to pause service without charges.
Missed Pickups:
We will still complete service during rain, unless unsafe. If a delay is required, it will be rescheduled within 48 hours.
Refunds:
No refunds are issued for missed pickups if trash bins were inaccessible (e.g., behind a locked gate, moved, or not present).
If we fail to show up or there’s an error on our part, we will either reschedule or issue a pro-rated credit.
Gravestone Cleaning – Specific Policy
Cancellations:
Requests must be canceled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled visit.
Refunds:
Cleaning services are non-refundable once completed due to the nature of the work.
We do not guarantee full restoration of stone surfaces, especially in cases of weathering, erosion, or structural instability.
If we cannot safely clean the stone due to condition or accessibility issues, we will notify you and issue a partial or full refund, minus any travel/labor already incurred.
Pressure Washing – Specific Policy
Cancellations:
Require 3 business days’ notice.
Weather-related delays will be rescheduled without penalty.
Refunds:
Once service has been completed, refunds are not issued.
If the surface was not cleaned due to poor access or safety hazards not disclosed in advance, a partial service fee may be retained.
Window Cleaning – Specific Policy
Cancellations:
Must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance.
Inclement weather may require rescheduling at our discretion.
Refunds:
No refunds for completed services. If windows are found to be streaked or missed, we will return to correct the issue at no additional cost if notified within 48 hours.
Parking Lot Striping – Specific Policy
Cancellations:
Require a minimum of 3 business days’ notice due to scheduling and materials preparation.
Reschedules due to rain are free and will be prioritized.
Refunds:
No refunds for completed striping.
If we are unable to access or stripe the lot due to cars or obstructions, and this was not disclosed in advance, a trip charge or partial fee may apply.
